Exley Hervey is a specialist Executive Search Consultancy, located in the heart of the West End of London. It was founded by Lesley Exley, an experienced general manager and marketing communications expert, with 25 years in the retail and luxury brands worlds.


Exley Hervey first contacted ACT Systems with a plea for help – they needed fast and efficient communications from their I.T solution, something their current 3rd party hosted setup was not providing.

With around 10 staff at any one time working between the London office and home offices, a central real-time solution had to be implemented for both data collation, files and of course e-mail. After full investigation, ACT Systems compiled a project plan based on a Small Business Server, a remote access server for connectivity when out of the office, and Outlook anywhere for the laptops.

• Small Business Server 2003
• Microsoft Terminal Server
• Upgrade to Suitable Internet Connection to manage remote connections
• Configure both office based and remote computer workstations
• Training for all users
• Implement ongoing support package

Two and a half years on and Exley Hervey are a valued customer with efficient and reliable systems; in fact when managing Director Lesley Exley was approached by ACT for a reference, her comment was simply
